Resident 2002

4/8/2002

One of the highest rent rates in Knoxville. Totals costs of $1200 for 3BR/3BA. The mgmt is very greedy. The maintenance snoops for fines to charge you from anything like your neighbor´s cigarette butts outside your door to Christmas lights on your patio. They also have no buy-out clause so if you have to transfer, graduate, or an emergency happens before your lease is up, they will hold you to the remainder of your lease. The toilets stay stopped up and the appliances, furniture, carpet, flooring, etc. do not justify the price. Internet connections are spotty. The complex itself is new and looks nice on the outside. The apt. complex is isolated on a hill, but the surrounding neighborhood is a ------ and there have been car break-ins. The bus route and commute to campus is nice. Nothing but students live here, some people are cool, but the place attracts many of the preppy type living off of mommy and daddy. I would recommend an unfurnished apt somewhere else and get your furniture from a rental store or buy it.
