When I first moved to the Henley I really liked it, but it's not how it really seems. The apartments might look new, but the insulation and wiring in the walls is really old and out-dated (I had it inspected). The insulation is so bad that I pay almost $200 for electric per month in the winter! Additionally, my first month here the apartment above mine had a leak in their dishwasher connection, so at 2am my bedroom ceiling nearly caved in and had water pouring from it for hours until they repaired it the next day. Also, I pay nearly $800 for a one bedroom apartment, which includes access to the pool, the fitness center, and the laundry room. However, all of these have been under construction for the past 6 months and I have had no access to them. They claim to be "pet friendly" but their pet fees are too high, their "dog park" is really just a small fenced in area, and they don't restock doggy bags so there is dog crap everywhere (even on the sidewalks). The apartment staff is very unhelpul and anytime I express any concerns, they just brush me off. All of my friends and neighbors here are in agreement with me. I will NEVER live at the Henley apartments ever again. But the location is nice!
