The maintenance is unbearable. Simple tasks take weeks to fix. No one responds to a maintenance request so you need to literally tell the front office every time. ..have been paying for a gated community and the gates have been propped open for nearly a full year. The complex has 2 speed bumps, meaning everyone speeds and there are people with kids and dogs here that are nearly hit daily. The worst part is the traffic circle at the entrance- NO ONE NAVIGATES IT CORRECTLY! Even staff break the rules and go the wrong way. I recommend living almost anywhere else until the office gets their place in order and starts laying down the law.

Dear Resident, I appreciate your feedback. This is Sarah P. the Property Manager. I am sorry to hear that you have not had a good experience so far and would love the opportunity to improve this going forward. I will meet with my team this coming week to discuss ways that we can be better at responding and communicating to our residents.
