Let's just say it has its pros and cons.... Pros: Great manager - Barbara is very understanding and you can talk with her about anything. Best I have seen yet, always trying to improve the community. Safety - I have never had a problem with break-ins, thefts, or the feeling that someone will rob me. Maintnence - He is always polite and nice, sometimes it takes a few days but he will always get to it with a smile. Cons: You get what you pay for - you can hear when you neighbor takes a shower or hear them have a conversation over dinner. Poorly built - the foundation is poor inviting spiders and other pest into the home. They say they have pest control but its been months since I seen them come to the house. So you will have to request that service because it is not done on a routine basis. There are crakes, uneven base boards and surfaces throughout the house. Small - It is a great apartment for a single person. But I would not recommend this for a couple. It has limited closet space and pretty soon you will more than likely kill the other person because it will begin to feel crowded after the first two months. Cleanliness - Dont get me wrong its decent, but I have seen several roaches in the laundry facility. They need to keep that up more because it is too many spider webs and dirt around the laundry room. People - sadly this community houses the craziest people I have ever seen. One guys sits outside and prays all day and another guy on pills walks around the complex all day staring at you. Kids walk around with no shoes on and babies with only a diaper. But the good thing from all of this foolery is that they dont mess you with you! Simple as that! If you keep to yourself and speak everyone once in a while you have nothing to worry about. But do not be surprised if you see the mentally ill or disabled in the community. No ammenities - no pool, fitness center or other attractions. Just your apartment but there is a nice park right across the street and a recreational center.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We apologize for our delayed response. Barbara retired in March of this year. We hope to continue the rapport she established here with residents. We are a community of one bedroom apartments -- our maximum occupancy standard is two persons plus one infant under the age of 12 months. We were built in 1978, and have renovations planned for our entire community. One building is finished: premium features including stainless-front appliances, new cabinets, new countertops, and upgraded light fixtures. We hope to have every apartment completely renovated by this time next year. Pest control is here every week. We also have quarterly preventive pest control scheduled for every apartment, and any resident can request additional pest control treatments at no cost. Since this review, we have added a dog park in the community.
