It's August in Memphis and this summer has been sweltering. My AC went out last Monday night; I called the Belle Harbour office at 7:30 am and told them that someone needed to look at my AC; because the unit was making noise, I told them it likely wasn't just in need of freon, so I suggested they send maintenance sooner than later. I got home at 6:30 that evening AND NO MAINTENANCE HAD COME TO FIX THE AC. I called the office; they floundered around and a maintenance worker showed up at 8 pm, but then of course, he couldn't fix the issue because 2 different parts needed replacing. I called the office and demanded that they call me in the morning (they never did); maintenance assured me it would be fixed the next morning and left me to spend the night in an 85 degree apt (they just said, "oh, yeah, sorry"). I got home the next night and the AC WAS STILL NOT FIXED...no one had been there. Maintenance responded to my furious call to the hotline, but the apartment office NEVER CALLED ME. Awful
