Since the first day I arrived here, the Staff has always been friendly, extremely caring and helpful. Any maintenance issues are quickly addressed and solved. Grounds are well kept. I highly recommend anyone to live here.

Good community, people, appliances, cleanliness, water, thermostat, security, peace and quiet. Helpful and accommodating staff. I had a problem with there not being enough hot water when winter came, I made an appointment with maintenance for the next day and they fixed it.

This place is terrible. Management doesn't care if they fix your issues or not. Terrible ant problem there. My neighbor had a dead possum in their wall and the management did nothing. Real cheapskates. Don't rent from here.
