I lived here with my roommate for about a year and half. The area is absolutely wonderful - safe, great neighbors, close to grocery stores...but I constantly had a problem with bugs and water leaking into my room whenever it rained. Because of the close proximity to Germantown, I constantly had roaches, spiders, and the most creepy looking bugs I have ever seen enter in my apartment. Though they constantly came and sprayed my apartment, the bugs kept coming back. The problem with the water leaking into my room was a constant nuisance and the main reason why I moved. Though management was nice and did everything they could to make sure the water did not get in time and time again (they even put in a new window), nothing worked. I lost a wooden shelf due to the water damage and a lot of my personal time having to move buckets of water around during the night. Overall, I loved the area but the apartments could have been better.
