I have been here since AUGUST 27, 2014. Although the area I'm in is peaceful and spacious maintenance is terrible!!! Front door looks like someone tried to break in. Been asking for weather seal since I been here to prevent bugs from coming in from under the door. Kitchen Drawers and cabinets broken. Closet doors won't stay on track. A few holes in the wall that was cut out and just left. A wasp nest in my master bedroom window between window pan where several wasps are. Tissue holder and towel holder in bathrooms came apart when put tissue and towel in them. Like this apartment was thrown together. My air conditioning unit was not working appropriately it took 2 weeks and several calls and office visits. I went to put plants above the stove in the kitchen all to find it was filthy up there . My oven rack is bent and can not pull out. Fan not working and was told they don't have fans so if they can't fix it they will put a light fix up. Yet the website states the units have fans and I have been in several units with fans. Easy way out I suppose. Alot of lights are in need of bulbs which I don't mind replacing just the principal.It has been a bit much. I have spoken with management on several occasions. Even took off for a meeting on last Monday that didn't happen but touched bases Tuesday and here a week later and still nothing!! I was pretty much rushed into moving in and all these issues. I have videos as well. Just waiting my least out! In the meantime looking forward to discussing my issues with property management. I feel I have been more than patient! Oh and yes it's true people in the office can have NASTY attitude as though I'm staying here free or something !!!!! I would not recommend to anyone! Although I did already and they are having issues as well. And the referral process.... You refer someone and have to wait 3 months to get it and told to call the month before to remind them!
