The apartments are beautiful, but the maintenance works appears to be subpar. At move in, I discovered 2 shelves are broken on the refrigerator door & the toilet seat is too small for the toilet bowel. If I am paying $1000+ a month for a one bedroom apartment, I want to be able to use the bathroom without sitting on the toilet bowel. My dryer does not get hot, only lukewarm, requiring multiple drying cycles for just a few pieces of clothing. The shower head leaks water down the wall and the tub stopper is broken. This was on move-in day. The apartments overall are nice, but maintenance works seems really poor. I noticed a couple area where shabby plaster work had been done.
