We moved here in April 2008 and I'm sad to see it go. These apartments are a great deal for your money. Close to campus (two mile drive), but far enough away so that the majority of residents are not college students. Its a very nice place for families. My neighbors have ranged from college students, married couples, retired older couples, and the working middle age class. It's a pretty diverse population and everyone seems friendly.
We lived in a 1-bed/bath (600 sq. ft) at first and then upgraded to the 2-bed/1 bath (800 sq ft) once we had too much stuff and the rent dipped down low. You really can't find apartments that look this nice (at least on the inside) with a washer/dryer as well. There is no pet rent either, but the pet deposit is $350. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably choose it again if we moved back to town.
