My boyfriend and I have lived here for two years and we absolutely loved it from the moment we got here. We've never had a problem with maintenance not fixing something immediately. Our refrigerator went out and they had it fixed within two hours of it being reported. As for the gate, I suppose that it will take a bit to fix when someone keeps ramming their truck into it. We have only ever been treated kindly and welcoming to the staff. I feel comfortable enough to walk into the office and chat with the managers about their days for awhile and not feel like I'm intruding. They are extremely welcoming and I was so surprised when I first moved in that they remembered my name and even complimented my new hair color when my boyfriend didn't even notice haha. I'm very sad to have to leave, but I still recommend this place to everyone. The absolute only reason why I gave a 4 star on the noise is due to my downstairs neighbor. In our first apartment here, we had no trouble with our upstairs neighbors (family of 4 with 2 dogs). The staff is always doing cute little events for the complex community when the weather is nice such as a group yard sale, free car wash, kids' jamboree, cook outs, holiday parties, etc. Any time my friends and I get together, they always want to come to my place because it's so "fancy and nice" as compared to theirs. It makes me feel happy to live in the place to be! When considering this place, just keep in mind that most people who live here probably haven't put in a review because they still live and love it here. Those who lived here and decently enjoyed it probably didn't write a review either because it neither upset them or wowed them, but they still overall enjoyed it. Take the negative comments with a grain of salt because there are always contributing factors that aren't being said. Example: I always got randomly charged every month! (Well, did you pay your rent on time or was that what we call a "late fee"?) I paid for these services every month and never received them? (Did you read the lease before you signed it to where it said that you simply let the managers know that you would like this service to be performed -extermination, for example- or did you expect someone to read it to you?) I'm aware that I'm being sarcastic, but some of these negative comments are so far from the actual Arium experience that most of us have here (I would know. I talk to everyone I see.)
