It’s been good however there are not enough doggie stations. A little dog park would be nice. Also assigned parking would be great so there is no more parking on the curbs or us having to park in a different section far away from our apartment.

    The team was very friendly and eager to help. There were no surprises in my billing statements. Questions were promptly answered. I had 2 maintenance request so far. They were not emergent. Someone came the next day both times to fix the issues.

      We’ve loved our time here Aventura Bellevue! The leasing staff made the process smooth and easy! They’re very friendly and very helpful, Makayla especially she helped us feel right at home and made sure we were taken care of. The maintenance workers respond so quickly to requests and are very thorough/helpful with the repairs. We had a few hiccups being the first people in our unit after a renovation and the maintenance team helped fix these issues asap. Thanks to them we got to relax and enjoy our new home!

        Would not recommend. Inconsiderate about construction. They have construction equipment infront of buildings blocking parking. There are other places no one parks they could have put their equipment. INCONSIDERATE. Does not fix complaints. They put do quick fixes, but never fix the problem completely. Buildings falling apart.

          Worst property I have ever stayed at in my entire life. They will show you the model and make you think you’re going to have a beautiful home and then stick you in a ---- apartment with broken bathtubs and doors and windows. Not to mention when i moved in my apartment wasn’t even cleaned yet and had broken knobs in the bathrooms, black mold, broken doors just to name a few! .even the NEW property manager ( Casey) told me himself that if he were there when i moved in they would have never let me move in to this unit. And yet, here I STILL AM. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

            Kenya and entire maintenence staff has been extremely professional and quick to help since we moved in two years ago. Awesome maintenence team. Christmas Eve night, toddler accidentally locked me out on the balcony. She could not reach the lock to unlock it. I was extremely panicked as I knew my deadbolt was locked, as well. I called the maintenance emergency line and within 5 minutes Mario called me back and told me he would be down at my apartment. The next thing I knew he was down here with my door open and my daughter was back in my arms. I could tell he truly cared about my child and for that I will forever be grateful. He was our Christmas hero! Thank you again to Mario.

                Moving in was a hassle and a half and we were required to move 6 months later to a renovated unit. Every time we renew our lease the price goes up. The renovations were an improvement but the quality of work was poor. There are loose electrical outlets, non-working water shut off valves for sinks and toilets, and all of the cabinet bottoms under sinks are rotted out from previous leaks. Our kitchen sink pea trap has detached on 3 separate occasions causing the kitchen to flood the basement. Most horrifically, anytime there is a heavy downpour of rain our basement floods leaving muddy water covering the floor and ruining our belongings. With the flooding, I would consider it a maintenance emergency and upon calling have been told that it is not and that someone will be by as soon as possible. Communication is lacking and I understand it is busy at times especially while understaffed or over worked. It’s not all bad, I do enjoy the spacious apartment in comparison to others and that it is a cheaper in comparison to square footage. I’m happy that I live near friends and work.                   WITHOUT AC FOR 19 DAYS AND COUNTING

                  I have been without AC for 19 days and still no fix. After ignoring me for three days they finally brought one single unit for a two story home. They finally brought a single window unit for an entire downstairs. They have pushed off repairing for weeks and give me the same sob story every time about a nonresponsive district manager. Living here is a true low point of my life and wondering what will break next is causing an ungodly amount of stress.

                    DO NOT DO IT PLEASE… cheap prices for the area but not worth it. BEFORE they changed property management companies everything was decent (maintenance at the time was on point with any issue) NOW that they have changed management companies the maintenance team will put a bandaid over it and say it’s fixed.. NOW MY REAL ISSUE. My air went out in early May, they fixed my air that very next day (no problem I was cool) well my air went out again exactly 2 weeks later I’m irritated at this point but they fixed it next day. My air is out now again for the 3rd time this month, second time this week (which this should’ve been resolved the second time my air went out). IT IS 90 degrees outside but 82 degrees inside my house. We are going on 3 days with no a/c so now hours (specifically an hour before the office closed for the weekend) later they decide to bring a portable a/c unit for townhouse AFTER I was told my a/c would be working properly by the end of the day.                       The head manager, ---------------, will hit on the female tenants and then retaliate when he is turned down! He is rude, unprofessional and does not care about the needs of the community. I urge the Owner of this complex to reconsider Mr.--------------- and his position. No insulation resulting in a high electricity bill! Low pressure, drains and toilets do not work properly, resulting in high water/sewage bills! Maintenance issues ranging from apt, to laundry facility, to gym, to pool that the office "forgets" to fix. Save yourself and your frustration, DO NOT LIVE HERE!

                        Not worth moving into. Employees are horrible. It seems like they hate their jobs. Will run hide and not answer phones. Infested with bugs. No one forces or cleans up the grass areas. I lived in two different apartments. Air conditioning went in both. The first place waited almost all year for them to fix it. Called about water damages. Maintenance said that's the way the buildings are. What would you like me to do. Slide door broken for a year. Bot worth living in this place. Please find somewhere else. Bot worth it.

                          We've lived in Bellevue Heights for 13 years. Through the years the neighborhood has had its ups and downs. Much of that seems to be a direct reflection of management. In the past years, managers have come and gone; some good, some not so good. However, our current manager has really stepped up [in my opinion] and done a wonderful job. Since he's been here all maintenance requests have been dealt with in a timely manner, parking issues have been resolved, and repairs to house fixtures have been done. At this time I am very pleased with our neighborhood. I give it a thumbs up.

                            My 14 yo son committed suicide December 4th 2018 in my home, my current and absolutely wonderful realtor at Synergy real estate was most understanding and willing to let me break the 3 remaining years without penalties. I applied here at Bellevue Heights as I work at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital and they offer free application for vandy employees, that and Bellevue Heights was close to my current home. My 6 yo son needed to stayed zoned for his school. I explained extremely sensitive circumstances to the girl and was promised a call..after numerous voicemails and messages I gave up and was completely heartbroken. One month later I receive an email with a decline letter. I assure you my credit and income were not the issue. Me breaking a 3 year lease was the issue. They cared Nothing about the fact my son died in my current home and did not even have the decency to call me back. I have already warned my fellow Vanderbilt colleagues to avoid Bellevue Heights and any other associated properties. Absolutely disgraceful!

                              These apartments are not as good as they seem at first! We just moved in, not to mention the apartment wasn't even ready on move in day. On top of that, I had to deal with a ridiculously huge spider and a brown recluse in my home in the same day , and the apartment has so many things wrong with it. Our hot water doesn't work, the walls and floor boards are banged up, and so many other things. It's been an awful experience so far. You can't even directly call the office without leaving a voicemail and they don't even get messages. They aren't good at emailing back either. I might be happy here if they fixed all the issues and learned to be more communicative, but right now I'm highly displeased.

They will jerk you around all over the place; I've been waiting for over a month for my check. They keep blaming their accountant for the issue instead of taking the fault themselves for their like of prioritizing. So I am now still waiting.

                                  Bellevue Heights has been the best experience I've had so far renting in Nashville. The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors are friendly. The homes are nice especially with the upgrades, and the scenery and big windows are a plus. I'm most happy with the staff. I've been in other apartments/homes that were nice, but the management was mean-spirited or overbearing. The staff here gets stuff done, and they do it with consideration and care.

                                    DO NOT RENT HERE. Yes it seems very affordable, but once they add extra fees your at the same price as any other apartment in Nashville. Karen in the office is the rudest person ever, she adds extra fees on your rent then threaten to ruin your credit report if you do not pay it. THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN, I can literally hear my neighbor sneeze. The appliances are so old and rusty. Knobs on doors and cabinets are like from the 1990s. Everywhere you walk it squeaks and every door squeaks. No lights or ceiling fans in rooms. Very outdated apartment, the only thing that's presentable is the outside. The pool wasn't available the whole summer. Pest control and trash is an outside fee that varies every month (expensive for no apparent reason), only one dumpster that is always full and at the bottom of the hill. NO SECURITY. My roommate's car was broken into and they could care less. DO NOT RENT HERE, spend your money somewhere that is updated with the time. I have four more months in my lease and praying for the day I can move out.

Not only did we have the worst living experience of my life but they charged us $1,500 when we left, didn't give us the bill and just sent it right to a debt collection agency. Luckily we keep proof of everything and the agency is siding with us. Living in this apartment will be the biggest mistake of your life.

                                        I lived there for five years. Karen in the office was always so great and understanding! I had several roommate changes over the years, and she always made the new paperwork a seamless process. Being an older building, of course there are going to be general maintenance issues come up, but the maintenance team always responded in a timely manner, so I have no complaints there. I felt safe, and loved the Bellevue area in general. For that area, you really can't beat the price. I would have likely renewed my lease there, but ended up moving out of state.

                                          This is the most unprofessional group of people I've ever seen. So many break ins occur here and there is no security to help with ease of living experience. There is not enough maintenance workers so the manager has her live in assist with work. Several tenants had checks taken out of the drop box, and to no avail it wasn't there fault. All these women are miserable and want everyone else to feel their ugly pain. If you know what's best for you don't lease here unless you absolutely can't help it!!!!!

                                            I've been living here for about 4 months and we've had a great experience so far. Sure the apartments aren't the most up-to-date but everything works. I have to send a HUGE shout out to maintenance staff though- they're great. We've put in work orders for towel holders coming loose, little faucet leaks and cleaning of vents and they're always friendly, professional and on time. They work hard you can tell. Never had an issue with safety. Its a quiet little neighborhood and people are friendly. Modest starter apartment.

                                              I've lived here almost a year -Don't move here! The 2 ladies in the leasing office will be so nice to you when you first move there and then you realize that they are out to gouge you with all sorts of monthly and one time fees. With all the money they are bringing in you'd think they'd keep the place up a little better. The apartments are spacious for the money. There are a number of abandoned apartments that they are doing nothing with but sit and rot. The residents there for the most part are ok, but there's definitely some questionable activity in the complex. Also, they say they have breed restrictions on dogs - not true any given day you can see pit bull mixes and dobermen pinschers and people with big dogs are constantly walking them off their leash.

                                                I have loved living here for the last 2 years. The huge, beautiful trees and hilltop views are some of the best in Nashville, and give me such a sense of peace everyday -- when we first came up the drive it reminded us of our favorite chalets in Gatlinburg. Our oldest girl has been able to play and roam the neighborhood with other children here like it was 1980, there are so many other young families and kind neighbors. Our youngest children were born while we've lived here and the staff, especially Karen in the office and Mike on the groundskeeping staff, have looked after us like their own family. Also, we've got a 3-bedroom apartment & I've never had this much space for the price anywhere in Nashville. This isn't the Ritz, but it's been a wonderful home with good people and such natural beauty -- deer, chipmunks, rabbit out our windows in the morning -- and I'm happy to recommend it to others. My only suggestion is that the owners consider bucking the trend in Nashville of hiking up the rent & pricing out long-time residents, just because they can.
