The worst, the staff boosts modern aminities but had no idea how to use them. They are even unable to point you in a proper direction. Every answer we get when we can't access the smart home features is just call the help number, parcel pending lost my package the response was call the help number. Washer and dryer rooms constantly flooded and unworking. Staff just tells you it's an off site maintenance issue call them. Also have been waiting on a work order to be completed since prior to our move in date. 10 out of 10 would rather be living in a motel 6 than this bug infested ---- whole
