This has got to be the crappiest apartment I have ever lived in. I have been here 2 and a half years and I have not gotten a good night sleep the entire time. The floors creek so loud that it sounds like they just might cave in and you can hear people in adjacent apartments talking clearly without them even raising their voices. The pet are is completely neglected and sometimes they go for months at a time without bags to pick up after our pets.
However, the worst problem here is the property manager Judy and her "assistant" (that's being generous) Danielle, who only has a job here because she is married to Judy's trailor-trash son (who is so low class that he came to the pool with his redneck friends and took pictures of the girls I was with in their bathing suits, freaking pervert). If Judy decides she does not like you, she will systematically make your living expereince so unpleasant that you will be gone the second your lease is up, assuming she does not fabricate some b.s. excuse to get you out sooner. She cannot accept criticism of any kind and her level of professionalism is far below that of which I would expect from someone in her position. As for her worthless sidekick Danielle, I went into the office and personally told that moron 3 times in two weeks that my mailbox was broken and needed to be fixed. A week later, I finally had to say something directly to the maintenance guy who of course had no idea it was broken and gladly fixed it that day. He is an incredibly nice and capable individual and I feel sorry for him every day that he has to work with 2 such self-absorbed, argumentative and downright ignorant people.
Bottom line, this is actually a fine place for college students who wont't live here long (and who's parents are paying the rent), but for adults who want to live in a more mature and professional setting, this is definitely not the place for you.
