I am sorry to hear you feel the charges assessed were unreasonable. We only charge if there are damages beyond normal wear and tear. The charges listed on your move-out were your final water bill, replacement blinds due to damage, and repairs to your walls. We offer final walk-throughs with everyone so they have the opportunity to question any charges, but I do believe the charges were reasonable. It's clean, quiet, and a bang for my buck. Nashville is getting expensive! And while this place isn't the most inexpensive, it's not the most expensive either. It's a fair middle ground for what you get here. I'm quite satisfied.
