Thank you for reaching out to us. I am so sorry you have experienced such frustration with the noise coming from the pool area. I completely agree with you in regards to volume, lyrics, etc...and will speak with the company we hire to monitor this behavior and prevent it from occurring. I'll make sure they are very clear that music must be kept at a reasonable volume at all times. Should you ever have an issue with the noise at the pool, I will also discuss with my concierge team, that in the pool monitors absence we will go up to investigate and resolve the problem. I completely understand your frustration with the temporarily inoperable grills; we have found a permanent resolution with the manufacturer which is underway now and all 4 will be up & running in no time. We have a porter who walks all of the halls in the building daily to collect broken down boxes from the front doors, which is a courtesy we offer for everyone's convenience. Trash is absolutely not allowed to be left outside of apartment doors however and if you ever see this before we do please report it and we will remove it and notify any residents in violation, accordingly. We clean our elevator floors several times a day but again if we have missed a recent spill or need to clean up after someone, just let us know and we will take care of it right away. We have a professional steam cleaning company who cleans all hall carpets on a rotating schedule; I am happy to send him to your floor if there are any stains we haven't gotten to yet. Please let me know which hall, and I will have it addressed right away for you. We have complimentary guest parking for your guests; please just tell them to register with concierge. I am always here to help should you have any concerns; please just reach out to me and I will work to resolve any issues you're experiencing immediately!
