Awesome place to live. Been here awhile now and it's a cool neighborhood. It seems like a safe place for both kids and pets. Good for small families and single people. Good sized apartments. A bit pricey for outside of downtown Nashville though.

After years of living here, it hath remained an quiet, safe, and enjoyable neighbourhood. I would most definitely recommend me mates to move here! The only negative comment I hath be that there be noi washer/dryer hookups in the one bedroom units.

Affordable and low-key complex. All new appliances with renovated kitchen. Love it here. Only thing that I don't like about it here is the lack of washer and dryers in unit.
