Since I've been here, there have been at leas 4 different teams in the office, not to mention the fact that it takes damn near a month to get anything done. I have mold in my Hvac duct, My dish washer leaks, the pipe over my tub drips into the tub so it's chipping away at the covering of my tub, there is a water spot on the ceiling of the 2nd room, All of these things I've called in or submitted work orders for. The only thing that happens is a temp fix rather than actually fixing the issue. All my work orders get closed with nothing being done. I gave the main office a week to resolve my issues. Nothing happened so I will be calling the city to have an inspector come and point out all things that aren't up to code including tjat mold, I'm blasing this info on Social Media and I'm calling the BBB.
