I lived here for 3 years and my experience was mediocre
Pros
Respectful neighbors
Fairly safe
Wooded
Location is central to Bellevue with an easy drive to downtown and nice parks like Edwin and Percy Warner
Washer/dryer in apartment, though they are tiny
Carport in case you like washing your own car
Cons
No renovations were made to my apartment during my time there, though my rent went up to almost 200 more each month from when I first moved in
Bathtub design caused it to collect water and made the tub peel
You can hear everything outside from people talking, footsteps, and cars starting
Stress cracks in the walls were numerous
Carpet started bunching up in the living room and bedroom
Towel holder screws would always come loose and make it fall off the wall
Wood roaches are an issue here no matter how many times they spray
Work out facility has pretty old equipment. The elliptical made a terrible squeaking sound that was never fixed
The office never contacted me if I received packages there
Management also tried to tell me I never paid a security deposit (due to an original issue trying to rent an apartment that became unavailable after paying the deposit on it...later having it transferred to the apartment I ended up getting). Thankfully I kept documentation of this deposit so they didn't keep money owed back to me
Overall, I liked feeling safe there, but "you get what you pay for" isn't the case here. You get way LESS than what you pay for.
