It's been great! The management and staff have been very attentive to my needs. It's a very safe community, the property grounds are kept neat and tidy, and many new amenities have been added to the homes since I've arrived.

The location is ideal and safe. The staff is cordial and very helpful. The only concern is the need for pest control. I continue to see roaches. The building seems older and could use some needed upgrades and improvements.

We had lot of issues just after moving in. Management was responsive but took time to fix them . Neighbourhood is friendly , Nice Location , Close to publix, Kroger , MC D , Walmar, Nashville Library etc.

A Nice clean environment and A Pleasant Family-Oriented community to live in. Management and Maintenance are very attentive to our needs. Access to shopping and conducting personal affairs is in very close proximity. Really Good 4 1/2 years, so far. : )
