This place is absolutely terrible. My move in date was pushed back two weeks for all necessary repairs to be made, and within the first TWO days of moving in, I had multiple pipes leaking. I had a leaky bath tub faucet that was attempted to be fixed 4 times during my 9 month stay, but was never taken care of, talk about running up an electric and water bill. I was never taken seriously or compensated for this issue. To top this nightmare off I also got bed bugs from living here. Everyone in the office besides Leslie is completely incompetent and rude, they don't care what your problem is. I attempted to bring these issues to the corporate level and nobody returned the 3 calls I left. I was misinformed on numerous occasions regarding payment and purpose of payment. The young man working in the office lost my move out paperwork, and I had to resign everything and send it back. Nikki is unresponsive to emails and calls and is the rudest person I have encountered in this office. Do not live in this hell hole if you don't have to!
