Pet fees are required at move in, although we are willing to offer a payment plan when needed. Although we cannot guarantee safety, we take precautions such as ensuring all lighting is working properly, and working directly with local law enforcement. We regret to hear that you witnessed a crime and fire in our community. We understand that you were given a newly renovated apartment home opposed to a non-renovated apartment due to the lack of washer hookups. This apartment was given at the same rate as a non-renovated unit in an effort to correct our error. We take great pride in our customer service, and we were under the impression you were satisfied upon completed service requests. We would be more than happy to address any of the particular concerns mentioned at any time in the management office. We do our best to combat this by screening every resident who applies to live at the community. We also have employed a security officer who patrols the property daily. When a prospect visits the community, we ask extensive questions to try and determine the unit type that would best fit their needs. At times prospects are very specific and other times they are not. Therefore, we often show various apartment homes that may, or may not, fit their specific needs. The rent for an apartment may fluctuate depending on the type of upgrades in the unit. We try to match prospects with the unit type that best fits their needs that is also within their price range. We take great pride in our community and we work very hard to ensure each resident is satisfied during his or her residency.
