We have to agree that we have one of the nicest fitness centers in the entire Nashville area; it's open 24 hours and it's FREE for our residents. We hope you are enjoying mirrors that were recently added, as well as the complimentary Wi-Fi and towel service. We're always glad to see you at the resident events and think the Holiday Gala was a great way to end the year. The Oktoberfest and S'mores by the fire pit were fun too. Your comments are greatly appreciated. Please let me address that Sherman Residential never pays for or pressures residents to provide good reviews. Sherman Residential took over management of OneMetrocenter on September 14th, and we've put a responsive management and maintenance team in place at the community. Through one on one meetings with residents and a group resident meeting, we have received very positive comments and feedback about the community and find the majority of residents are very happy with their home at One Metrocenter. We strive to complete all service orders within 24 hours. We have a budget to make necessary repairs and hope you've noticed some of the items we've done in the past three weeks, since the new team has been in place. We added a complimentary towel station and equipment wipes in the fitness center; added trash cans at the mail centers; are in the process of deep cleaning the building interiors to get rid of construction dust and debris; implemented a Package Log system for tracking your deliveries; set up a new resident portal; fully staffed the community; repaired the fountains on the pool and we're in the process of adding many new items. We'll definitely keep you posted as the new items are added. If there are any suggestions you have, please feel free to let us know. We will be sending out quarterly surveys to make sure our residents are heard and satisfied. But don't wait until you get a survey. I'm here to help any time.
