I've loved living at Polo Park for that last 1.5 years. We had issues with brown recluses last summer, but we put in a service request, and pest control seems to have gotten rid of the problem. We live in the smallest one bedroom, and rent is pretty steep, but the apartment is very nice and comes with great amenities, such as a washer/dryer in the apartment, fitness center, sauna, tanning bed, two swimming pools, hot tub, racquetball court and tennis courts, plus it's right on the greenway and right next to Target. I've seen people complain about the smell from the river, but I cannot smell it inside my apartment, and it's only occasional, not all the time. The office staff and maintenance staff are friendly too. During the summer, they'll throw pool parties and a community "anti" Valentines Day party to give residents a chance to meet and greet. I've made several friends here. Rent is paid online, so it's very convenient to pay. If I end up moving, it's only to be closer to north Nashville because the commute to work is my only complaint.
