Parking is always an issue $15 monthly but can't park in front of your building. No marked visitor parking. I moved out early this year due to the fact that I was told as long as a person had a co-signer for the apartment that they had to rent to them. Also, my rent was going to go up if I renewed my lease. When they posted my apartment online it was $100.00 less than what they were raising it to if I renewed my Lease. Bottom line if you want to pay high dollar rent and live around people that seem less than safe then Polo Park is the place to live.I had to leave due to safety reasons.
