I have 4 new interns that I am waiting to relocate to Nashville. I really like where Polo Park's location is but, after several rides though at night I don't believe security is their focus the parking lot is dark in several areas. Our Corporation has to try and assure that the placement of our new interns is as safe as it can be. I also had the opportunity to talk to a few residents and the feedback about the parking lot was negative, they told me that the parking fee keeps going up for parking but there is no improvement in the parking lot such as marked visitor spots, lighting, they also told me that most of the time they can't park in front of there own building due to visitors parking in front of building, you can purchase a "Reserved" spot but there are only 2 allowed. I didn't think that I should even review an apartment after the resident's feedback. It would have been a great location for our interns.
