My experience so far has been a good one. The only concern I had was, on the night that I signed my lease there was a shooting in the complex. That next morning, the staff responded with an email alerting all residents of the incident and did let us know that this is not something that happens regularly. I don't feel unsafe in the apartment and the community is quiet.
