This is really good place to live. I moved in when the building was just finished. I honestly LOVE the location. it's in the middle of a lot of things, but it's not a massive building with a ton of folks around all the time. It's much more modest, but still new and shiny. Plus, the side street it's on is a low traffic street considering all the traffic around it. Because it's in midtown, you can hear a lot of people walking around sometimes at night. But that's midtown all together. If you're looking for a slow and quiet neighborhood, you can head right on down to Hillsborough village. The grounds are well kept, except there are a lot of bad "pet parents" who adopt these puppies but don't clean up after them if they have an accident in the stairwell. So sometimes the stairwell has a smell. Maintenance does a good job of pressure washing, though, and cleans it up ASAP. And the staff definitely sends reminders for people to be considerate of others. I have only had one issue with a maintenance guy, but he's not there anymore. And the two gentlemen who are there now are incredible! I dig the staff. They are always planning activities that appear well attended. I've also like every neighbor that I've met so far. For me, location is everything. So I really like the Cadence. I plan on staying for as long as I live in Nashville.
