    The marketing team and office staff are very good at what they do. Everything has been delivered to me as promised. All aspects of moving in have been thought of and addressed. The apartments are very nice, the amenities are great, and the value is comparable.

      The Staff (namely Anita) are what sold me , seeing her relationships with other tenants was just pure gold to understand what it would be like to live here. The external appearance too of the units and the landscaping are impeccable.

        Anita was the best and great at communicating with us to get all of our stuff in! Everyone has been very sweet and welcoming. The complex is clean and well-kept and feels very safe. We have already used the pools a ton and the gym!

          I made a move from the west coast to Nashville, and the Grove was recommended to me by a friend of the family. With the exception of a few bumps due to schedule conflicts and time zone differences, we were able to organize and prepare for my move with little hassle.

            So far so good! I have not spent too much time, but like it so far. The community seems secluded away, even though it is next to a highway. It has a security gate. I have noticed a lot of the doorknobs and coded areas for accessibility are old and do not work properly. Couldn't get in the weight room multiple times.

                  Not good for roommates

                  The Grove is a nice little complex. Many good things to say. However, this place is horrible if you are not a married couple paying rent together. Their payment portal doesn’t allow split payments unless both parties have autopay set up for the same day. Oh and if you change payment information, then the following month has to be paid in full by one person because again, cannot split payments. Late fees are placed on accounts before a warning that rent is almost late. They also choose one lease holder as the primary and won’t send emails to all renters- only the primary renter. When choosing a unit to rent, be sure that you are close to the trash compactor at the front of the complex because if you’re in the back, all trash has to be taken to the compactors that are inconveniently placed across the complex. They try to tell you they’ve taken away Valet trash because they’ve started the recycling program. That’s great, but the recycling bins sit overflowing for over a week and you can’t even use them.                     Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We do appreciate the feedback, as it helps us to know if what we are doing as a company is working. I hate to hear that you had trouble with our online payments. It is a very secure system that does require payments to be set up in unison. For the late fee, rent is due on the 1st but late after the 5th. A late fee is placed on the account on the 6th. If you feel as this was placed at the wrong time, please contact us! For the primary account holder issue and emails, all parties should receive communication, however the rent statement email will only be emailed to the primary person. I hate if this causes any inconvenience, unfortunately this is just the way our system works, and we don’t have the ability to change it. You are correct with trash having to go to the compactor. We find that this is the best choice for our property since our breezeways are fully open, we don’t want any wildlife getting into trash bags in the breezeways and making a mess. In our experience, this is a much better set up compared to a valet trash system. We have always had our recycling bins at our property that is controlled and emptied by Metro Nashville, these two things have never affected each other.                     As soon as I entered the Grove Richland office I was immediately greeted with smiles and welcoming sentiments. Everything for my apartment was ready in an organized package as soon as I sat down with an associate. I was in and out of the office within 5 minutes. Overall an amazing experience.

                      Very positive. I like the quiet, neighborhood feel while being in the middle of the city. In addition, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I don't have to worried about my living situation which allows me to enjoy the city and focus on my work.

                          This neighborhood is absolutely stunning - everything down to the exterior of the buildings, the greenery/landscaping, and the surrounding community. Our apartment is so central, safer and the apartment itself is so beautifully finished. I was worried about it being dirty or perhaps not as finished as it looked in the pictures but it's been perfect.

                                    From street first glance, one can tell The Grove most likely is a well run property. We kept putting off stopping in, for others would tell us there was a long waiting list. We stopped unannounced and we're treated courteously and professionally. Our rep in office could not have been more helpful?told us about property and gave us a tour, stating it may be two months before something became available. Went ahead and placed ourselves on wait list. Within a week staff member contacted us with a new available unit?close to pool, mail, dog spa, grilling area and other amenities. Perfect location. Have just moved in?staff stays in contact with us for any needs. We did have a small issue with a set of blinds?next day maintenance arrived and installed new blind. We feel like we're on vacation?lovely, quiet grounds, and our dog is excited about new enclosed dog park being built within property. What a find!

                                      Worst experience ever

                                      Never live here! Rent seems like a good deal, but for the 2-3 years I lived there none of the appliances worked and they were totally unwilling/unable to fix them. Also, had severe flooding through all my windows every time it rains (despite requests for this to be addressed)—resulting in ruined floors and furniture. Anytime I have had an energy )such as flooding in my apartment), the emergent line has never been answered or returned my messages. Also, there is at least one car break in per month (since I’ve lived here) which has prompted a lot of people to move. The apartment complex has not been responsive to this—including when I have reported multiple break in and destroyed cars, they have not even acknowledged that any report was made. This is not a place that I would recommend living at all—it is not well maintained, they properly managers are not responsive, and there are frequent break ins that go unreported, making it unsafe.

                                        Just moved into the apartment in the middle of May. When I was looking into the apartments Anna did a wonderful job providing me with floor plan layouts and keeping me informed of any openings once I was on the waitlist. On move in day, the staff at the front desk were friendly and the move in process was quick and without any issues. The amenities for the apartment complex are wonderful including multiple pools, coffee stations, free bottled water and energy drinks to residents, a wine station, and I've already seen social media posts about various social events that occur on a regular basis. I've also seen where they have partnered with a food truck service to start having food trucks come through on a weekly basis. All in all, very glad I ended up at The Groves.

                                          The Grove at Richmond is not only spacious and modern but also very well-maintained and clean. The fitness center is an excellent amenity, and it's a great way to stay active and healthy. The complimentary coffee and cookies are also a nice touch, and it's always great to have a little treat available when you need it. Overall, The Grove at Richmond has a lot to offer its residents.

                                            The grounds are beautiful with great areas to walk. Public pickleball courts across the street. Pool accessibility year round. Great work room with coffee and treats. Apartments are spacious and well designed. Love it so far!
