The community has been amazing. Love the location, close to downtown. Love the greenway. My pup loves the dog park and all the new additions to it. The sky lounge is amazing since it re-opened. Planning to renew.

    As a new resident to Nashville I rely on transit until I get acquainted more with the city. The apartment is very convenient to a bus station, however on weekends there is no bus directly close to the area, you'll need to walk about 23 minutes to get to the closest bus station, also evenings it gets cut off by 5:45pm that is the closest one to the apartment. The surroundings is quite peaceful which is nice. There is a fitness centre, swimming pool, hot tub, and a hang out on the top floor patio. Its close to the Cumberland trail for walking, only recently was there bike lanes put in place. Unfortunately not a lot of sidewalks to walk on if you are taking walks. There is a lot of fast food chains close by, about 5 minutes by car. The nearest grocery store is about 1.3mi. The area I find is quite safe. There is gated area for parking for residences, but very few visitor parking spots.

        Extra Effort

        On my birthday, I had a lost gift package. Malcom, the manager, offered all he could to help me find it. He went the extra mile and watched video tapes of the mailroom from the whole day the package was shown to be delivered by its tracking number. And although he did not solve the mystery, he went out of his way to follow up with me and let me know. A few days later, I was casually telling Jake, head of maintenance, about the situation. He then took it upon himself to double check every single locker, both full AND empty. HE FOUND THE BIRTHDAY PACKAGE! As it turned out, it was the postman who had made the mistake. I was thrilled. This is the great service I always get here! Since 2017!

          I have been living here for three years and during this time, I have noticed some significant positive changes. I must express my gratitude to Malcolm, who is an excellent property manager. He is always attentive and helpful in all areas. I cannot overlook the assistance provided by Ms. Tammy and the maintenance team, who have been very helpful too. Keep up the good work. Unfortunately, this is my last month here, and I am disappointed to be leaving. If you are looking for a reasonably priced place to stay, with great amenities, located near downtown, and where the staff engages with the residents, then this is the perfect place for you to call home.

              Love Living Here

                Organic coffee bar and lobby

                After my workouts I like to hit the lobby for complementary organic coffees for me and my husband. Gail always makes me feel welcome in “her space”. I overhear her being so upbeat with everyone. Potential residents, delivery and service people, as well as residents like me. Great energy!

                  Great location and on site staff is helpful. My water quality in the bathroom is sub par and concerning. I've placed two service requests and have been told that Nashville water just has a lot of chemicals and to let it run for ten minutes before using or use bottled water to brush my teeth and wash my face - both of these "fixes" are an additional cost to me?no other water source in my apartment smells like sulphur and I'm concerned it's not safe

I live here myself and it is the same. We have contacted Metro Water and they just state that this is normal. I myself don't understand why the water in the bathroom does sometimes smell like that. The water in the apartments all come from the same source and through the same water heater. The Presley Management

                    Friendly staff and nice apartments!

                    Finished my tour route for my future move to Nashville and I must say, The Presley staff was beyond amazing towards my family and I. We just walked in unannounced and they were ready to go and showed us their lovely homes! Definitely one of our top choices!

                        The maintenance and front office staff is great. I love the community events they hold for us. However, there is no guest parking which is difficult when you want to invite people over. There's also no smoking according to the lease and I constantly smell it when I'm on my patio, to where I can't open my windows or enjoy the patio without it smelling like someone smoking.

                          I enjoy the amenities in the location. The constant construction, lack of guest parking and also sometimes the resident parking can be frustrating. The staff is also helpful and asked for assistance so that is nice.

                                Great location and amenities

                                The location is within around 15 minutes from most places in Nashville. The rooms are modern and good-sized for the area/price. The amenities are great, especially the pool and hot tub. The staff is very helpful as well.

                                  Living here has been a nightmare. Last summer, we had no pool furniture and had to bring our own chairs if we wanted a seat. They finally got temporary chairs in the fall of 2022 so after pool season. Our Sky Deck has been closed for over a year. It took the architects a year to even come up with a plan evidently. Continuous construction projects. If you work from home, this makes it quite difficult. There is no guest parking and they implemented a new system called "Parkeaz" which was intended to help our situation, but it has been months since implementation and they have yet to set up guest passes. For now, they are not doing them because of all of the construction is what we are told. My roommate also got booted after being registered for 3 months and Management will say they are not responsible. We have had a large hole in our ceiling for going on 6 months now. Back in December/January, the Apartment had some pipes bust from the cold weather. They just replaced our sprinkler heads a month ago and have yet to hear when we can expect our dry wall to be… See More>

                                    I hate to hear that you think living here was a nightmare! Yes, when RAM took over the property the pool furniture was in bad shape. But we ordered new furniture, but with production slowed down at the time still from COVID it took until October to get all of the new furniture. So at the end June we went to Costco and bought temporary furniture to get everyone through the summer until the new furniture arrived. Now we have an entirely new pool area. It has been resurfaced and all new furnishings throughout. And yes, it has taken the engineers a while to come up with a game plan to a very complex structural situation with the Sky Lounge. This was not something simple that could be rushed or repaired overnight. But they have a plan and are in the process of completing the work now. Once it re-opens sometime in August we will have, like the pool, and entire new amenity for our residents. Newly designed and all new furnishings. And we do have to make sure that our residents have parking over guest. That is anytime, not just because of construction. All communities are going to have limited guest parking. The best option is to have guests Lyft or Uber to the community to visit. As for your roommate I spoke to her personally. Her tag was in the system incorrectly. And I refunded any funds that she was out due to the parking. I only stated in the email that you are referencing that we aren't responsible for guest or individuals that aren't supposed to be parking in the community. In reference to the sprinkler head wall repairs. Again, due a shortage of repair parts we are just now able to get the sprinklers repaired from the freeze. Now the insurance inspector wants to come and inspect the work prior to us repairing the wall. But we are working as quickly as we can to have all of this completed.                                     My experience has been less than satisfactory. The lack of guest parking spaces is absurd. The very limited guest spaces are always taken up by the leasing office. This is a huge problem. Where are guests supposed to park???? The construction is horrible. The equipment and machines takes up many many parking spaces inside the gate. Then, the residents who do not get to park in the gate due to the construction, take the guest spaces. The construction people always block the driving lane in the gated parking lot, so there is no sight distance for drivers.. Its extremely dangerous. There is bugs in the apartment. We need more sprays. Also, the maintenance people are not thorough when they "fix" something. They are also wildly rude. Malcom is very hard to get ahold of and he barely responds to emails.

                                      I am sorry that you feel this way. Guest parking is limited with the construction projects going on, but these are about to wrap up. But parking is still limited, I can't create more spaces than what we have. The best option for guests is to Uber or Lyft to the community if you feel there won't be a space for them. With 251 apartments, even if a quarter of them have guests over on the weekend that would be around an additional 70 guest spaces needed. No community is going to have the amount of parking for guests that is needed. Pest control comes out every Tuesday, when you would like for them to come to your apartment just let us know.                                       Theres a lot of change. Every time you turn around they are changing something. There is no guest parking so you're not able to have any friends or family visit. When I'm out of town it's almost impossible to have someone come and take care of my pets because they can't park. There is no easy way for them to get into the building. The cal box doesn't work. They just made it even harder with a new parking system. It started out great until the new management took over. The Duke was great! The Presley is not an easy place to live.

                                          The apartment is pretty spacious, but the pool is small and seating at the pool is very limited, even though there's room for more chairs to be added. They didn't plan ahead for parking and now there aren't any visitor spots inside the gates and no street parking without getting ticketed.

We just got all new furniture that arrived at the end of the pool season last year, around October. So for this season there will be amply seating for the pool area. Our pool, if you compare to the other communities around us, is quite a bit larger than most apartment pools. We are working to implement new ways to help with guest parking.                                               This was a great apartment complex to choose for a Nashville first timer. Felt safe, the maintenance and the management team are always helpful and they do their best for timely repairs. Also was nice that it was a relatively quiet neighborhood. Great gym too!

                                                Security is not good. Sky Lounge closed for about a year now. We should get a discount off rent since it's been down for so long. $50 a month should do it. Called Security twice, got a strange voicemail. Never got a call back. People very loud in the hot tub at midnight. I guess that means Saturday morning. Either way. Nothing was done.

                                                  I love the apartment. It's quiet, safe and has a lot of nice features. The pool area is very nice. I also love that it's only ONE building. You are not competing for the amenities with a lot of people. My only complaint is the fact the sky lounge has been closed for a year and a half.
