Please do not move here. For starters when we first moved in 11/2 ago the management was great, maintenance team was great, and the facility was in working function. Fast forward a year and the front gate stays open- never shuts(an amentity you pay for). The back pool closest to our apartment didn't open one time this summer was in fact empty most of the summer of water. The front pool opened a month late and got closed due to codes, its now open end of July..... (an amenity you pay for). The fancy "car wash" has cones around it and hasn't worked since 6 months after we moved in. It's shut down. (An amentity you pay for). Don't even get me started on the dog park.... old car tire and a piece of pipe! Lastly- they renewed our lease without telling us or contacting us... so now we are dealing with our maintenance issues -AC out 5 times in two months and not been fixed yet. Dishwasher and garbage disposal stopped working and clogged and maintenance has left our house smelling and unfixed. It's miseravle here. Please do not move here. Please. They need to fix their management issues and maintenance issues and get the property back to functioning first. The website is BS because there is nothing "luxury" here, I promise.

Our management team seeks to provide our residents with great services, and we are disappointed to hear that you have a negative impression of them. Our maintenance team also does their best to address both community maintenance issues and resident maintenance requests in a timely manner. We apologize if this has not been your experience. We would love to speak with you about why certain amenities have not been available for you to enjoy, and what we are doing to fix that situation. We would also like to look into any pending maintenance requests that you have and would be grateful to have the opportunity to answer any questions that you have.
