River Walk Apartments
Resident · 2008 - 2010
We searched several other properties before we found the one we should have visited first, Riverwalk. This property is in a great close-in location and right on the Little Pigeon River. We have lived here for over two years and we just love it. We use the pic nic tables and charcoal grills by the river often and it's just like visiting a picnic area in the National Park, but without all the tourists. We were given a list of the possible cost if we didn't leave the apartment in clean and neat condition when we vacate, too. (another person posted this as well) This seems only fair to me. The apartment feels like a small house and we love our screened in porch and all the great storage space, especially for an apartment. We have only called the office once to report a leak we had in the kitchen sink. The maintenance staff came the same day and repaired it in no time. Everyone we have met is very nice and helpful with lots of interest in us staying. They even had our traffic area carpet cleaned for us for free, just because we are staying another year here. Oh, and the electric bills are very low. Our highest bill was around $123. and our lowest bill was actually $64.00 once. We love it here.
