At first, glance the place seems fine. I moved here because I liked the idea of a smaller complex; I've always had great luck with those types of complexes. If you have no issues with your apartment, I'm sure it's a perfectly acceptable place to live. However, if there's a problem, don't expect any recourse without a struggle. If you call or e-mail to report a problem, you won't get a response unless you specifically say that you expect an answer. It's insufficiently staffed. The office staff (2 people), are friendly but really difficult to get in touch with. They claim to be open "most Saturdays," but you're lucky if they're there one Saturday a month. The office hours during the week are 10 to 5 (and they leave exactly at five), so if you work standard business hours, it's nearly impossible to talk to someone face to face.
Additionally, the dumpsters generally overflows. It's gross.
I don't think the carpets have ever been replaced in my unit and my dishwasher barely works.
Positive: The set up the apartments is nice because you don't have upstairs neighbors, making noise not a problem.
