The Grand Reserve at Spring Hill
Resident • 2015 Not Recommended
So far, moving here has been a nightmare with last minute move-in delays due to failed inspections. Minimum must-have services such as phone, internet not available at all for weeks after move-in. ATT (Charter Communications did not win media contract for this community) blames Grand Reserve and the Grand Reserve blames ATT. Lots of children in upper level apartments (what parent rents an apartment on the 2-3 level with a deck and railing that their kid could easily climb over? Living below one of these yard apes is not peaceful by any means) And management is not enforcing noise rules. I am under the assumption that the construction manager tells the leasing consultants what potential renters want to hear, irregardless of whether or not it is true, in order to entice them to sign on the dotted line. One lady, a telecommuter, is about to lose her job because of no internet as promised. Some families were made homeless and have lived in hotels for weeks on end. Some people have moved in/out already since May due to mold issues. I would move somewhere else had I known what I know now. The apartments are attractive. See, my review is not completely negative.
