The issue at Bent Tree Trails is simple, price per square foot. Compared to newer and more energy efficient apartments available on the Square of Addison, these apartments are simply overpriced. The issue is very simple math. Bent Tree Trails is using much newer and more efficient apartments with better kitchen and bathroom amenities, energy efficient HVAC units and appliances to price these apartments. They are comparing apples and oranges and you are paying for a Mercedes and driving a Chevy, not to mention the costs associated with out of date HVAC units, poor energy efficiency and diminished amenities. Look on the Addison Square and compare what you get with cost per square foot.
