I love this complex!! I moved in last year after an exhausting search. The office staff and maintenance crew are top notch! The few times I needed something fixed, it was done that same day. I find Bent Tree Trails to be safe, clean, quiet, and centrally located. I cannot stress enough how quiet it is. If you are a mature adult, you will love this complex. I have never seen unleashed pets running around. The pool, hot tub, and tennis courts are well maintained - and never crowded. My apartment has a large open kitchen, big closets, washer dryer, covered parking, and large balcony overlooking big trees and a large grassy area. Not to mention the excellent trash service right outside my door. All of this was included in my rent. The big windows with wooden blinds were awesome and my utility bills were never over $100. Very open and bright - unlike other apartments where you only get 1 window. My friends,family and coworkers could not believe that I got such a nice, spacious apartment for so little rent - in ADDISON! I am moving next month due to my job and will miss my wonderful apartment. I would definately recommend Bent Tree Trails to anyone wanting a quiet, well managed place to live.
