Up until a few months ago this was a great place to live but be warned that the complex was sold in Dec. and it's slowly being ruined. The new company is raising the rents to unbelievable amounts and most long term renters are being forced out because of that. So don't buy it when they try to sell you on it being a real community where people know their neighbors etc; it used to be but that's changing fast. The new company IS renovating apts as people move out so the units look good BUT no matter how good they look, it's still an old complex with the same drafty windows and old AC. There are few amenities for the ridiculous amount you'll pay. If you just want any apartment and you don't care that it feels like a generic cookie cutter complex as long as it has an Addison address and you have the bucks to throw away for that address-this is now the place for you. If you want a HOME, don't bother looking here-- you're not the kind of resident the new company wants.
