I do not recommend living here. The apartments may seem nice and the are well kept however after living here for some time I slowly began to notice how poorly renovated these apartments are. We are currently locked in a 9 month lease unfortunately. The management was nice and sweet (of course) but failed to mention the slanted floors the tilting balcony, the poor ventilation system. our downstairs neighbor smokes cigarettes (and other herbs) and the smoke filters directly into our apartment. We've called several times to get the matter fixed but maintenance has yet to do anything about it. They said all the could do is re-cock the cupboards. Even though the smoke is clearly coming through the vents. Also, the washer and dryer provided with the apartment are too noisy and use up A LOT of energy. The appliances are nice however the ice from our ice machine tastes weird. The first month we moved in our water was cut off every thursday for a month straight so the could work on the apartment sewage system. And although I appreciate them keeping up the apartment, every weekday at 6 am they have leaf blowers going off. The walls and floors are too thin. There is only one ver small pool. No work out facility. We pay $780 (plus $35 washer and dryer rental) for a 710 sq. ft. apartment with a crappy stackable washer and dryer(not allowed to purchase our own washer/dryer due to stackable connections) and a tennis court. not worth the money at all. Way too expensive for no amenities. And if that isn't enough we got stuck with a rude neighbor that smokes cigarettes (and other herbs) all day.
