I've been living in Bent Tree Trails for about 3 months and I love it here! I know that the property was sold a year or so ago and the new owners are remodeling and spending money on upgrading the apartments. My apartment was upgraded just before I leased and it is great! The complex is extremely quiet and never feels crowded. It feels safe...it feels like home. I can appreciate that many long term residents are unhappy with the changes and, in particular, the rent increases, but I will be honest...if the owners weren't investing in the property I would have never leased here. I've seen photos before the remodeling and it was long overdue. To be honest, I checked around before leasing and the rent is competitive with comparable apartments in the area. And no, I am not management. I am a tenant, and I am happy!
