I've lived at Bent Tree Trails a long time. Improvements to office and pool area are nice, but really weren't necessary. New owners are raising rent so much that justify moving closer to work and avoid the increasing toll charges on the tollway. Bent Tree Trails is showing it's age of around 35 years (I think). In the last year the water had to be shut off 2 or 3 times for leaks that seem to keep showing up. Overall it's been nice living here, but with the huge rent increase it's time to move closer to work. This time I'll look for a much newer complex.
