DO NOT move here unless you can afford an expensive unit with a garage. For us poor folks who cannot, we become prisoners because there isn't enough parking spaces for the units AND the people renting the garages ARE ALLOWED to park in our limited parking and they think it's funny that we have to walk WAAYYYY down the parking lot if we are brave enough to go to a movie or dinner. The management not only allows it, it appears they instigate it by allowing MANY PEOPLE WITH MANY CARS in a small 2 bedroom apt. They don't care how it affects those of us older folks with one car who are forced to either stay inside every nite or walk waayyy further than anyone would have expected when they rented an apt. I was lied to by the office about upcoming reserved parking--IT WAS ONLY A COUPLE OF SPOTS AND THEY COST $50 PER MONTH FOR OUTSIDE/UNCOVERED PARKING. I have never complained about the regular LOUD music and partying or NONSTOP dog barking in my building, all I wanted was the freedom to go to a move and not be forced to walk across the complex at 10 pm which is difficult for me. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT HERE IS MAKING MONEY so keep that in mind and rent a unit with a garage. Now I understand why so many people say tenant turnover is terrible here, I know why!
