You can ask a question at the leasing email provided for questions and never hear back. You can request maintenance through the the item never gets addressed or it takes a period. The customer service here seems to only be provided at time of lease and they do not respond after. The resident and guest entry electronic service is down outside building 4 and there is no response or eat. How do we let guests in or get in ourselves if a key fob goes missing? This is an amenity. Not to mention the fact I was sold a unit with hardwood floors and the floors are scraped up.laminate floors. I will not be recommending Post Properties. It's not what it used to be.
