I would give this place 0 stars if it was possible. First off, there was black mold in my apartment. When I informed them, they hardly made any effort at all to clean it and I had to do it myself despite informing them multiple times. They just ignore my emails and it is very hard to get anyone on the phone unless you're about to sign a lease. Once you sign up they dont care about you anymore. The black mold was making myself and my 2 year old daughter sick, and we are both much better shortly after moving out. It was growing out of the vents and on the walls in the bathroom. On more than multiple occasions the staff would keep packages I received behind the concierge desk without informing me. On one occasion tracking said it had been delived, and the front desk assured me they didnt have it. I asked again for the same package a month later and they suddenly had it this time. On multiple occurences I submited items to maintenance and it took a week to get to it. Rent goes up about $150 a month every time you renew your lease, until once you say you're leaving then they say you can stay for the same price. Word of advice, tell them you're leaving everytime your lease is almost up and you wont have to pay the upcharge. I think they are desperate since I received 6 calls/emails about renewing after I told them I was leaving, one of which was two days before move out. How would I not already be committed to something else two days before my lease ends? These people are about as smart as they are helpful. I would highly avoid this place as it is absurdly priced. The pool near my unit was unusable during the summer due to the massive crowd, most of which I'm pretty sure werent even residents. The staff does nothing to avoid others using the pool and doesnt care. Very loud all hours of the night. Somehow there were noises coming from the roof as well even though I was on the top floor. Weird. They have had numerous problems with break-ins in the parking garage since I have lived here but they are too cheap to hire a security guard and many times the doors/gates are broken so it's easy for anyone to get in. My wife informed them that we found someone in the garage going through unlocked cars to steal things and they said they would follow up but of course never did. They would rather pretend no problems exist rather than putting any effort or cost into fixing them. This is the first apartment I've ever leased that I've actually hated. So many better options in the area for a better price point, plus I've never gotten worse customer service in my life. They just straight up ignore me. By the way beware, i was charged over 1,100 in move out expenses, most of which were absurdly upcharged or made up. When I emailed to dispute it, I was replied to in an extremely short and rude way and then just ignored. I asked to speak to someone else numerous times and was just flat out ignored and then kept getting spammed with the bill instead. You never even get a name of who you are talking to even when you ask for it. I suppose they like to remain anonymous since the reviews are so bad. BEWARE, DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. THIS PLACE DOESNT HAVE A 2.5 DESPITE BEING SO EXPENSIVE FOR NO REASON.
