I have had a few instances where I was extremely dissatisfied with responses from management. The property manager has been able to address these concerns and issues with appropriate responses. This is the Arium that I know. I also understand that every employee does not abide by the same standards that training has taught them. Security is being addressed here. Sometimes it takes people bringing up issues and concerns in order for them to be fixed appropriately. I have enjoyed living near so many amenities and wonderful restaurants. Hopefully the reviews can get better as this place does have a lot of potential.
