Hunter's Crossing Apartments
Resident · 2005 - 2008
I have lived at Hunter's Crossing for 2.5 years. It's not the best place to live but I have lived in worse. For the money it really is good. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath for $565 a month. They can be slow to fix things that aren't high priority. If you have a leak though they come out the same day. The maintenance guys are great. The office staff can be rude to some people. I personally haven't had a problem with them but I do know people who have. They do have a high turn over rate but that is pretty typical of apartments anyway. People move in can't make rent and then move out. When I first moved in they were talking about painting the buildings and redoing the parking lot. It did take them about a year before they finally did it but it did get done. I have never seen any roaches or other pests anywhere. We get the occasional spiders but again that is just typical of Amarillo. I think that for the area these apartments are really good because of the cost. Most apartments on this side of town cost more or they have less space. I would recommend these apartments.
