Ok...I am not really sure if I can describe just how bad my experience was. I was excited to get a nice apartment with vaulted ceilings and a fire place for $358 a month...but shortly after found out why! First of all I looked at a vacant apartment to view bc the one I ended up getting was occupied but was told mine would be the same with new paint and carpet as well! Well they painted a few places to cover up where they had plastered the wall....buy they painted it a few shades darker than the wall color and the carpet was NASTY, not new. When I complained they told me "sorry but you should have said something before"...when b4 I saw it? The first week I was there my dishwasher went out (not to mention this is why I picked Three Fountians over Coachlight) and then it goes out...and I complained once a week for 4 months....when I was told all complaints are fixed in the order they are recieved. I am not kidding when I say that at 8 am the week before I moved out (my 6 month lease was up) the maintanence man shows up to fix it. I shut the door on him. My air conditioner and heater were broke half the time and you can only use the air/heat when EVERYONE else does because they are all connected. There were a million other things here and there but needless to say got so sick of renting I ended up buying a house! Good luck
