When I first arrived to the complex, I thought that I made a good choice. My inital contact with the management staff was pleasant and they appeared to be very helpful and sincere. From the day I signed my lease though, things totally back fired. The senior manager was always extremely rude, or never had time to address the issues I held. Also, everytime I asked someone in management, they were not unified in their conduction of business. You could never find one person that could answer all your questions. You were always directed to someone else...and of course that someone else was always busy, or not there. I feel that it is unacceptable to accept prompt payments and courtesy on the behalf of the management if they don't provide it in return. The lights are always out on the buildings which is scary at night. The gate has not worked since the first day I moved in, and I never see them on property. I have seen this chick in a police uniform lately, but unless police would have to be here 24hrs to get it movin here. The parking is absolutely HORRIFIC!! I live at the back of the complex, and always have to park at the front near the office. This is not good during the recent bad weather days, and if I have things I need to bring to my apartment like groceries. If I had to choose out of the many additional things I could list as the worst aspects of the complex, I would have to say the management. Their negativity and lack of concern makes me never want to see them or do anything the apartment offers. I would not only not recommmend the complex, I am going to purposely inform people about the management. If no one stays here or wants to move here, maybe it will be recognized that it is the management that is the biggest problem.
