This was by far the worst apartment staff experience I have had to date. First,the guy they have in the front office forgot about my lease signing paperwork for 3 weeks!!!i had to call him everyday for him to finally get it done, and then after he lied to me and said it was done already but I never got the email, then was stupid enough to try and fill it out while we were on the phone asking me all these questions to fill it out. Then, they moved me into a unit that was not ready. List: nail holes in the wall in the living room, nail holes in the bedrooms walls, a bathroom sink that screams every time you turn the fauset, a whole in the plank of wood that holds the dish washer in, a huge rust stain in the bathroom tub, master bathroom sink rust countless thing that the office guy (same ediot) said he would submit orders to fix and never did. I emailed the office manager which is equally incompetent. She had the nerve to question me about yellow blonde hair dye and how I stained the toilet black with it (as if I'm am nasty enough to rinse my hair over the toilet, and blonde hair dye rinsed black??: /) and claimed I left a black stain in it that she took pictures of, (Which was already there when I moved in), and totally disregarding the original list of stuff they promised me would be fixed and wasnt. (So basicslly tried to frame me for damages to cheat me out of my security deposit back later). RENTORS BEWARE!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!! Property Is beautiful but the staff is idioitic and dishonest, and the apartments are not all equally maintained. And please be sure if you do lease, you get your checklist because they tried to cheat me out of that too, claiming that they only submit work orders online and that will be your list. That's a lie!!! Not worth your time and headache. The End
