Usually when I write these its really negative, however, this is pros and cons of living in these apartments. Overall, I really like living at Silverwood. The management and staff is great. In the beginning it was little shaky as I opted to move in within the same week that I completed my application and was told there would be a two week turn around. That was an issue as I needed an apartment that week. The manager however, came through and got an apartment ready and fixed for me to move in within 3 days. Since being a resident anytime I contact the office with any issues they are immediately fixed. I appreciate that the staff don't spend a lot of time in my home which is what I have experienced prior in other apartment. They also have security patrol the apartment late at night so its safe. The grounds are kept up as well. My apartment is the largest one bedroom and for the price at under $700 and the area, I think its perfect. Down part about living here is how close you are the the adjacent apartment complex or building next to yours thus leaving no privacy on your balcony/patio area. Also parking; it would great to implement designed parking for residents vs guest, its hard to find parking when your neighbors have extended overnight guest taking all the parks. The walls are paper thin. Overall no major issues. If you are looking I suggest this place.
