This community office staff is very unorganized. My application process took 4 months because they kept "forgetting" to give me the correct form to sign. They told me the apartment would be ready for move in on the first of the month and once my deposit was paid and it was time to move in that date changed to the end of that month which had me and my 6 day old baby basically homeless. Also the apartments knew I was within the income limits for the year but because of how "they calculate" the income it would disqualify me. Moral of the story is my newborn and I have been without a place to stay. At this point I'm out of more than two thousand dollars in temporary living expenses, moving, and storage fees for an apartment that I was told I was approved for several times over only to find out in my move in day that I couldn't get the apartment. Worst experience I've ever had with an apartment!!!
